Most cleanings are set at an average of three or six month intervals, but a lot of times restaurants will notice that the grease filters in their hood system get extremely dirty in between the cleaning schedule. Often times restaurants have their employees pull the grease filters out and clean them on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis to help ensure proper functionality of their system. This can cost the customer, in most cases, more than what it would be to sign on to our filter exchange program.
Our filter exchange service will not only improve the functionality of a system between cleanings by ensuring proper airflow (CFM's) through the grease filters, but it will also lessen health hazards and violations risks, lower the risk of fire and save money by:
Reducing the amount of grease that goes down a restaurants drain by over 60%, Lowering labor costs, Lowering in-house chemical costs, Lowering electric and water utility costs, Lowering employee liability costs by climbing ladders or standing on equipment, And by Lowering operating costs.
Our exchange program is very economical with an average cost between $6-$8 per filter per time.
How does the service work? We will come in and swap out all of the dirty filters for clean ones using only UL listed stainless steel filters. We will put the customer on a recommended set schedule that is based off of their volume of cooking and execute the exchange at the same time each week/month, that will be chosen by the customer to ensure efficiency and consistency.
We have a huge inventory of grease filters and we will never charge our customers for an extra set of filters, as we will simply rotate the original set of filters with a set of our own.
